Return Policy & Shipping
All returns must be pre-authorized by TruWellness and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained and included with any return. To obtain an RMA number, please complete a Return/Exchange Form. This number must accompany the return for a refund to be issued. Any returns or exchanges received without a Return/Exchange form may be delayed and possibly denied.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. (Exceptions made on a case by case basis.) If you believe you have received a defective or damaged product, you must report the damage within 10 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items (this will be noted on the product page)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an RMA Authorization. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We highly suggest that all returns be shipped using a traceable carrier. TruWellness will not be responsible for any products lost in the mail during the return process. The buyer will be responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning your item. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are requesting a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are requesting an exchange, TruWellness will ship the new product to you at no additional charge. The buyer is responsible for shipping the product to be exchanged back to TruWellness. If you are returning a defective product, TruWellness will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label and will ship the replacement product to you at no additional charge. If the returned product is deemed to be in working condition, the buyer will be responsible to pay for return shipping.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, you will be sent an email to notify you of the status of your refund (if applicable). If your refund is approved, then a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, 3-10 business days depending on your bank’s processing time. If your refund is denied, you will be notified via email with further information.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) and will be dealt with at the discretion of TruWellness.
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, software that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Refunds can take anywhere between 3-7 business days depending on your personal bank’s processing time. Before contacting TruWellness regarding a missing refund, please contact your bank to look up the transfer. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items will be considered for refunds and exchanges at the sole discretion of TruWellness. If the product is non-returnable, it will be clearly stated on the product information page.
If you received a TruWellness product as a gift and would like to make a return, please email email@example.com before returning the item. Gift items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
TruWellness uses the USPS and UPS and has the right to choose the appropriate carrier for your order based on your shipping selection. Depending on where you live, it may take 3-7 days for your order to reach you. Shipping times will vary depending on holidays, the postal schedule, location, and many other factors. Any shipping estimate provided by TruWellness are estimates provided by the shipping carrier. TruWellness will not be held responsible for orders received after the estimated delivery date. International orders may take up to 15 days to be received.
